She has worked with the HEART NSTA Trust for over 29 years, with 20 years being a manager within several departments of the Trust. Prior to being a manager, she had worked as a hospitality instructor, assessment coordinator, and head of department at the Kenilworth HEART Academy. She is currently the Parish Manager at the Westmoreland Parish Office and is passionate about serving people and embracing her organization's thrust to facilitate the development of the nation’s human capital.
She holds a master's degree in educational leadership, a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management, and numerous certifications in various areas, including human resource management, project management, customer service management, industrial relations, and performance management.
She is the HEART Regional Staff Welfare Committee Chair and spearheads several activities for the holistic development of her colleagues. She is also a member of the HEART Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and leads outreach activities within the region (Hanover, St. James, and Westmoreland) to impact the lives of the less fortunate. Projects included donations to the Cornwall Regional and Savanna-la-Mar Public hospitals, the Savanna-la-Mar Infirmary, and West Haven Children’s Home. Minister Rowe-Lewis is a Justice of the Peace in the parish of Westmoreland and serves as the secretary to the Westmoreland Justices of the Peace Association.
She is an ardent Christian who attends the Holiness Born Again Church, where she sits on the church board and the National Executive Board as deputy secretary. The Sunday School & Training Director, Sunday School Teacher, and choir member. She enjoys writing poems and likes to explore exploits in culinary arts, interior design, and arts and crafts. She is a wife and a proud mother of two teenagers, Dante and Denella.
