Pastor Anthony Morris is the 9th of ten children for his parents, Bishop R. S. Morris and Evangelist Lena Morris, and hails from Heartease in the Parish of Manchester. He grew up in the Apostolic Church along with all of his siblings, all of whom are still active in the church. Elder Morris attended Manchester High School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Pastor Morris worked at the COK Credit Union for over 20 years as an audit manager and is currently with the Jamaica National Group as group compliance manager. He also served with the 3rd Battalion Jamaica Regiment, as a soldier for 6 years. He is a musician (guitar), choir director, and the convener of the “MAGNIFY HIM” Gospel Concert, which is celebrating its 31st staging in the Mandeville area. Pastor Morris has served as the pastor of the HBAC in Christiana, Manchester, since 2020. He is a member of the National HBAC Board and has been serving as treasurer for over a decade. He has been married to Andrea for over 30 years, and the union has produced 2 children, Christopher and Kimberly.
